What it does

CRM in Logic Nexus is built for operators who quote freight, not subscriptions. Pipeline stages track lane status (rate request → spot quote → booked → confirmed). Accounts split by franchise so a multi-office freight forwarder sees their own deals, but the parent sees everything rolled up.

When a deal closes, the quote becomes an invoice in one click — same record, same line items, no rekey. Payment reconciliation closes the GL loop in Finance automatically.
